Shipping Policy
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Your items will be ready in 1-3 business days from the date that the payment is received and shipment takes 3-25 business days to arrive, please refer to the table while ordering for various shipping times to international destinations.
Verification
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, and are normally shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. If an order is placed during a sale or promotion, please expect an additional 1-2 business days processing time due to an increased volume in orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
* Please send us an email within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
Delivery
After shipping, they are being traced by the tracking code. When are seen as delivered, an email is sent to the borrower. And borrower can confirm receipt and give feedbacks.
We would like you to be 100% satisfied with the items you received. If the item has come damaged or not at the size that you have ordered, then you change your order to another item at the same price.
Please contact Customer service by sending an email to info@amiaclothing.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to change. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
Return Conditions
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly return the item to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
3. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Note: We do not offer refunds if a product is purchased at a discount. Exchanges of size or product are always possible. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
